people + product + design

We help product companies improve the way they work.

People first

At Jeff Patton & Associates, we believe your work can have meaning. In fact, it should have meaning. If it doesn’t, you’re probably wasting your time.

We are in business to inspire, collaborate, and teach teams a better way to manifest their ideas into actual products that people want.  For over a decade, we have been teaching and consulting an agile agile approach to product development. But, our approach actually works. With more than 20 years of experience in lean, agile, UX/UI, and with former experience with waterfall, we know you can’t really learn agile from reading a book. You need to read lots of books and that really does help. But what really puts you in the driver’s seat is a hands-on workshop with your team.
